Jennifer was born and raised in Danville, KY. After graduating from the University of Kentucky, she moved to Cincinnati to study at the UC College-Conservatory of Music, where she graduated with a Master of Music degree. She joined the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra in 2002, where she can be seen most every weekend playing with the CSO, Pops, May Festival, Cincinnati Ballet, or Cincinnati Opera.
Jennifer's interest in real estate began in her teenage years when she watched and assisted her parents in renovating her childhood home. Throughout her time in Cincinnati she has lived all over the city, including Norwood, Westwood, Clifton, Pleasant Ridge, and Amberley before finally building a custom home on 5 wooded acres in Pierce Township. She loves Cincinnati and is proud to call this beautiful city home.
Her husband Carlton Monroe is the Director of Music at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Terrace Park. They have two children, twins Jack and Catherine, who are in seventh grade, and two sweet dogs, Barkley, a Scottish Terrier, and Emmie, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. When possible, the family likes to travel, get outside, and sail at Cowan Lake (if the winds are good).
Jennifer and partner Ben Freimuth are thrilled to serve the Cincinnati community through their service-oriented, highly communicative and informative style of practicing real estate. Jennifer is passionate about the home-buying process, and wants to help each client find THE perfect home, whether a first-time homebuyer, a down-sizing empty-nester, or anything in between.
