The Cancer Journey

This first-annual concert on August 12th at Taft Theatre will benefit CCA’s mission and will feature the nine-piece Philip Myers Band along with Kevin Chalfant. Chalfant was the first vocalist called upon by the 1980’s supergroup Journey after lead singer Steve Perry took his hiatus from the chart-topping band. This year’s event, aptly named “The Cancer Journey Experience,” will be a 90-minute, high-energy rock concert where fans will revel in hearing a collection of some of Journey’s greatest hits performed just as they remember them.
